OUTREACH

Outreach is a systematic attempt to reach identified groups that are normally not reached by conventional means. The objective of outreach is to identify a targeted group for notification about information of interest. This service is essential for marketing, governmental agencies and organizations that need to reach an identified population. The types of groups that are usually identified include (but not limited to) small or minority businesses; or segments of a population based on race, sex, age, veterans, ADA, etc.
