ALAMEDA CORRIDOR JOBS COALITION TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT CORP

Problem: The Corporations training program was not achieving the desired results and was behind schedule.

Solution: Project By Project reviewed and recommended enhancements to the existing training problem. We trained personnel in Soft Skills to address specific issues. We also administered personality tests.

Results: The training program was improved and goals were achieved. The enhanced program addressed interviewing skills, employee retention and satisfaction, motivation, goal setting and industry specific skills.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Problem: An Executive needed assistance in career and personal development, goal achievement, interaction with upper management, owners and employees.

Solution: Coaching sessions were conducted with an independent eye, feedback and support.

Results: The Executive learned new communication, productivity and relating skills. His interaction with stakeholders improved, therefore increasing the companys productivity, which increased its value. He also received a promotion.

Problem: The Company was trying to correct diversity and sexual insensitivity by employees. The Company was under scrutiny by the public, governmental agencies, employees and project owners.

Solution: Project By Project conducted sensitivity training sessions.

Results: The sensitivity training was conducted and employees and management gained new insight, guidelines and requirements on issues. The original problems have not re-occurred.

Problem: The Company was in the process of changing its corporate structure. While preparing for a sale or an IPO offering, restructuring, training and other issues needed to be addressed.

Solution: Project By Project updated documentation, implemented training and issued HR documents.

Results: The Company was presented in a more positive light and was successfully sold with intentions to go public.

U.S. DEPARTMENT of TRANSPORTATION

Problem: The Agency wanted to increase their presence with California businesses through an outreach program.

Solution: Project By Project developed a program to include outreach, business development and resource referral to the targeted businesses.

Results: The targeted businesses became aware of resources, therefore contract procurement increased.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE MEDIATION PANEL

Problem: The Postal Service had a backlog of EEO cases that needed resolution.

Solution: Sheryl Monaughan was added to the mediation panel to perform mediation.

Results: Sheryl resolved 95% of her cases, while there was an overall 72% closure of all EEO cases.
