ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Sheryl Monaughan, Ph.D. is founder and president of Project By Project Consulting. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Sheryl Monaughan possesses an extensive management, business and personal development background, which transcends both the public and private sector across numerous diverse industries. She understands and embraces the various and multi-faceted needs of organizations.

Dr. Monaughan is a leader and an inspiration to many. Her style provides meaningful, powerful, insightful services in a direct, warm, professional, and sometimes fun way. All services cannot be delivered in a fun way because change can sometimes be painful. Sometimes, a little pain now may prevent a lot of pain later.

With a unique combination of experience and training in both business and psychology, Dr. Monaughan works with organizations and individuals to achieve breakthrough improvements. She has managed to integrate her vast knowledge and experience to bring a rich, broad insight to clients.

Dr. Monaughan has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, a M.S. in Organizational Psychology, and a B.A. in Management.
